1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the 3patti boos platform at 3pattiboos.pro, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement becomes effective from the moment you first use the platform, whether or not you have completed account registration at that point.

These Terms apply to all sections of the platform, including the casino, live casino, sports betting, promotions and VIP programme. They also apply to your use of the 3patti boos mobile app. If there is a conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

2Eligibility

3Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on 3patti boos. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same phone number, same device, same payment method or the same IP address — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, the platform reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings derived from those accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure and not sharing it with anyone
• All activity that takes place under your account, whether authorised by you or not

4Deposits and Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• One bonus per player: Bonuses are limited to one per household, device and IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific requirement (for example, 20x or 30x) will be stated for each offer. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Each promotion will specify contribution rates.
• Bonus validity: Bonuses that are not activated or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 3patti boos — whether on casino games, live casino tables or sports events — are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is confirmed only when the system has accepted and recorded it. A bet that appears to have been placed but has not been confirmed — for example due to a connection drop before acceptance — will not be honoured.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game interface and each sports market. 3patti boos reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any account at any time without explanation.
• Bets placed on events with an obvious pricing error will be voided and stakes returned. Deliberately seeking to exploit pricing errors is considered a form of prohibited activity and may result in account suspension.
• In-play bets on cricket, football and esports are accepted subject to the live betting rules displayed within each market. 3patti boos may suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.
• For cricket markets — including PSL matches, T20 internationals and bilateral series — results are determined based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. Interrupted matches follow Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes where applicable.
• Casino and live casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by physical dealing/spinning at the live table. No game outcome can be predicted or influenced by any player action outside the normal rules of that game.
• If a technical fault occurs during a game session, the outcome of that round may be voided and the stake returned at the platform's discretion.

7Responsible Gaming

9Intellectual Property

All content on the 3patti boos platform — including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, icons, sounds and software — is the property of 3patti boos or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, republish, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any part of the platform content without prior written permission from 3patti boos.

10Privacy

Your use of 3patti boos is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, how we store it and what rights you have in relation to your data.

12Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method.

3patti boos reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected
• The account is found to be a duplicate of another account
• Fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity is identified
• Requested verification documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder

In the event of account closure due to a Terms breach, 3patti boos reserves the right to void any bonuses and associated winnings and to withhold the balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, the remaining balance will be returned.

13Changes to These Terms

3patti boos may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also notify active account holders via the platform or via their registered contact details.
